Entries & Levels
1. Limit of 3 (three) Solo entries per contestant at each Competition.
2. If a question should arise concerning the age of a contestant, proof of age by birth certificate must be provided.
3. Types of entries are Solo, Duet/Trio (2 or 3 contestants), Small Group (4 - 9 contestants), Large Group (10+ contestants).
4. A contestant or routine may compete against himself/herself/themselves in any category.
5. Age groups are: 11 & UNDER or 12 & UP

Scoring
1. Awards are based on composite scores. If two routines have the same composite score, they may tie for the same placement.

2. Not all entries will place into the award show, however all performances will be on the website. The amount of entries in the award show depend on the number of submissions per age group.
Judging Criteria
1. Based on technique, execution, choreography/videography and performance value.
2. Performance style costumes are optional and will not be judged.
3. Entries that are not age appropriate will be disqualified and not aired.
Time Limits
1. The time limit is 3 minutes for all entries.
Age Divisions
1. Age is determined by the contestant's age on the competition awards date.

2. Contestants will compete in the following age groups: 11 and under, 12 and up. For groups, the average age determines the age group in which they perform. Add the ages of the contestants and divide by the number of the contestants. If the average ends in .5 or over, round up to the next age. Names and birth dates of all contestants MUST appear on the entry form.

Payments & Refunds
1. No Refunds will be issued for any reason. Privacy Policy: We do not share customer data with anyone.
2. Gift Certificates provided as payment of entries, must be original certificates.
3. Cash Prizes are awarded to the Dance Studio or Dancer depending on who registers.
4. Payment is due on or before last day of registration. t. CONTACT us if any errors should arise and we can process your payment over the phone.
